Meet the Production Staff

Jeffrey Harris joined Pacific Builders in 2005 as a Project Manager. He has worked in construction since 1972 and became a licensed contractor in 1978. Prior to joining Pacific Builders, Jeffrey worked in San Diego for a large construction firm and has completed over 6000 homes.

An accomplished writer, Jeffrey earned a B.A. in English in 2004 and a M.A. in English in 2007 from Cal Poly. In his free time he enjoys photography, writing fiction, and making ice cream.

Troy Spindler has been a Project Manager since 1997 when he started with Pacific Builders. He has worked in construction since his high school summers and became licensed as a general contractor in 1978. Troy strongly believes in advocating sustainable and green building. This interest lead him to partner with John Ewan to form Pacific Energy Company, a local source for solar energy systems.

He graduated from Cal Poly with a B.S. in Biology in 1978. Later he earned his Teaching Credential and taught elementary school for several years. An avid reader, you will always find Troy with reading material close at hand. He enjoys swimming, biking, and especially traveling with his family. 

Aaron Wilson, who grew up in Visalia, California, is a Project Manager for Pacific Builders. He moved to Lake Tahoe in 1996 where he began his construction career working for KS Construction, a company specializing in custom homes. Aaron is a licensed general contractor and has been working for Pacific Builders since 2006. He takes pride in the quality of his work and enjoys working for a company that shares the same values.

In his free time he can be found anywhere from the top of the Sierras snowboarding and hiking or at the Pacific Ocean surfing and fishing.
